How to Prepare Soft Rotis

1. Take the required quantity of atta in a bowl.
2. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
3. Rest the dough for approximately 10–15 minutes.
4. Divide it into equal portions and roll into rotis.
5. Cook on a hot tawa until both sides are properly cooked.
6. Apply ghee as preferred and serve warm.
