At Zester Foods Private Limited, we are committed to delivering our products safely and efficiently across India. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

- Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver our products across most serviceable locations within India.
Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of your PIN code and our logistics partners.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.
- Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volumes, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Dispatch
Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched through one of our authorised logistics partners.
You will receive an order confirmation and, where available, shipment tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Zester Foods reserves the right to choose the most appropriate courier partner based on the delivery location, package size, and service availability.
- Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities and Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote or Difficult-to-Service Locations: Up to 10 business days
These timelines are indicative only and may vary depending on factors beyond our reasonable control.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
From time to time, Zester Foods may offer free shipping on selected products, order values, or promotional campaigns.
- Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partner will normally make delivery attempts in accordance with their standard operating procedures.
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Incorrect contact number
- Customer unavailable to receive the order
- Refusal to accept the shipment without a valid reason
the order may be returned to us. Any refund or reshipment in such cases shall be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Inspection at the Time of Delivery
We recommend that customers inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If you observe:
- Visible damage to the package
- Signs of tampering
- Incorrect product
- Missing items
please take clear photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Transport disruptions
- Labour strikes
- Technical failures
- High seasonal demand
- Courier network delays
In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.
- Incorrect Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Zester Foods shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- Lost Shipments
If an order is confirmed as lost during transit by our logistics partner, Zester Foods will, after verification, arrange either:
- A replacement shipment (subject to product availability), or
- A refund to the original payment method.
- Partial Deliveries
In exceptional situations, products from the same order may be delivered separately due to stock availability or logistics constraints.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping charges solely because an order is delivered in multiple shipments.
- Force Majeure
Zester Foods shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
